The 2025 8th Annual Descendants of Veterans Christmas Party will be a pick-up event held at McCauley Hall in the Center for Non-Profits at 1200 W. Walnut in Rogers, AR..  

Families will be contacted with a time-frame for pickup.  

We will be holding the event on Saturday December 20, 2025 from 130pm - 430pm at the Center for Non-Profits (1200 W. Walnut, Rogers, AR.)

Sign-ups are NOW OPEN!! 

(Signups will close on Sunday November 30th, 2025)

 All families signed-up must pick-up their items the day of the event OR contact the Post/Event Coordinator to make other arrangements.  

Please check in at the Northpole Check-in table just inside the door to McCauley Hall located off LOT 2.  Welcome to refreshments while you wait for your items to be collected by our volunteer elves.  Santa is supposed to be on-site for photos, and some other holiday characters might be making appearances also - be on the look out!

 This will be a PARK and WALK-IN event!!

Please park in LOT 2 and enter through the McCauley Hall door to check-in.  We will have our volunteers get your items together while you wait.  Photo opportunities with Santa and refreshments while you wait.
